I am a Senior Lecturer at the at Department of International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I teach and research public international law, law and technology and migration and refugees. I also serve as a Research Associate at the ERC-funded project Three Generations of Digital Human Rights at the Hebrew University Faculty of Law. I am a member of the Israeli Law Professors’ Forum for Democracy.
I received my bachelor's degree from the Hebrew University’s Faculty of Law and the ‘Amirim’ honors program, and a masters and doctorate in international law from New York University. My work has been published in leading academic journals including the Harvard International Law Journal, The Yale Journal of International Law and Theoretical Inquiries in Law.
My current research projects address, among others, the concept of territorial annexation, human rights law’s capability to regulate the trade in spyware, and bilateral labor agreements.
